Colin Wyatt and Richard Greer have joined our small team to manage our existing lettings and to build and further develop our new property management service, and if the names sound familiar, it's because we are keeping our business development “close to home!”

Let's meet the team - Colin is a Moria man through and through having lived near the railway in Moria for over 20 years. Richard has lived in Hillsborough all his days and knows the Moria area well. Between them they have over 60 years of experience in management, property, logistics and people.

Colin and Richard see their mission as, finding the best possible tenants for our landlords, and ensuring a “hassle free” management service.

They aim to offer a friendly and robust service with a “personal touch” in the greater Moira area. Our Moira Office is our base, but we aim to cover areas within a ten-mile radius of Moira such as:

  • Lisburn
  • Hillsborough
  • Dromore
  • Lurgan
  • Craigavon
  • Crumlin
